Accident in Manzanita Intersection Causes Injury
A head injury was reported in a February 9 accident in Carmichael following a two-vehicle collision. The accident occurred between a Toyota Scion and a Honda Civic around 6:08 p.m. at Manzanita Avenue and Auburn Boulevard. Officers with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) were advised that one of the parties in the vehicles was confused and had suffered a head injury. The accident is under investigation by the CHP to find out how it occurred.
